Our Social Events Packages

Our service fees will vary based on the complexity (number of guests, location of event, number of months in advance that services are secured) of your event. During our initial consultation we will learn more about your special day and how much assistance you will need. Once we have gathered all of the information, we will provide a proposal which is based on our initial consultation and will outline our services and fees.

Dreamworks Package

Day of Coordination - Starts at $1500

Designed for the discerning client who has meticulously planned their celebration and desires the ultimate luxury of a seamless, stress-free event experience. Our comprehensive coordination begins 30-60 days prior to your occasion, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

Service Inclusions:

  • Dedicated event coordinator on-site for up to 8 hours
  • Complete vendor management and liaison services
  • Detailed day-of timeline creation and refinement
  • Full logistics coordination with all vendors
  • Professional oversight of setup and breakdown
  • Three strategic planning consultations (one hour each)
  • Final confirmation of all arrangements with vendors

Fireworks Package

Full Service Planning - Starts at $2500

Our signature comprehensive planning experience, crafted for those who desire complete support from initial concept to final celebration. This all-inclusive service transforms your vision into an extraordinary event through meticulous attention to every detail.

OUR PROCESS

We Handle It All

01.

Initial Consultation

We conduct a phone call meeting to discuss your upcoming social event needs, set expectations, pricing, and answer questions.

02.

Package selection

You select which package from our social event planning services will best fit your needs.

03.

Process Agreement

Review and sign our Terms & Conditions, Payment Authorization, and Release Waivers and Event Contracts.

04.

Pay Deposit

We request 50% of the package planning fee as well as any initial deposits for vendors upfront to secure time and services. 

05.

Confirm Details

We will schedule a time to present our current research, plans, and vendor/venue details. These will be based on the package you select and the type of service we agreed to provide.  

06.

Event Confirmation

Finalize all plans, contracts, and details as well as accept final payment leading up to the event. This will include a comprehensive delivery of any itineraries and documents you need for the big day.
