Our event planning team will transform your next social event into a celebration your guests will not forget. These services are for events hosted in the Georgia-Texas area, where we work with each client on a case-by-case basis to cultivate a wonderful experience. Our Social Events Packages

Our service fees will vary based on the complexity (number of guests, location of event, number of months in advance that services are secured) of your event. During our initial consultation we will learn more about your special day and how much assistance you will need. Once we have gathered all of the information, we will provide a proposal which is based on our initial consultation and will outline our services and fees.

The Works Package

We handle research and planning support that creates the framework and guidance for your upcoming event. This can include the selection and management of:

  • Venue
  • Catering
  • Photographer/Videographer
  • DJ/Entertainment
  • Rental Equipment
  • Floral/Décor
  • Detailed “Day of” Timeline
  • Budget Planning
  • Design of Floor Plans/Layouts
  • Event Theme Design

Dreamworks Package

This is a day of coordination package that includes services coordinated by S’iniz on the day of your event. 

Day-of coordination services typically begin 60 to 90 days prior.

The expert team at S’iniz handles all the details on your big day so you can sit back and relax. This includes:

  • (1) Event Coordinator onsite on event day (8 hours max)
  • (3) One Hour Long Consultations via Email/Phone
  • Assistance in creating Day of Timeline
  • Management of Logistics with Vendors
  • Coordination of Set-up/Breakdown
  • Hotel & Accommodation Recommendations
  • Ground Transportation Recommendations
  • Maintaining Structured Outline of Events and Party Theme
  • Any other discussed needs from the client

A La Carte Options Available Upon Request

Fireworks Package

This is a full-service planning package that includes all services required to plan and coordinate the event from initiation to execution.

  • Day of Coordination
  • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit
  • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics
  • Creation and Management of Event Timeline
  • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors
  • Manage Event Day Schedule
  • Final Walk-Through with Venue
  • Event Day Management and Oversight
  • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Vendors
  • RSVP Management & Seating Chart Setup
  • Unlimited Phone Calls and Emails
  • Full Participation with All Vendor Selections, Contracts & Negotiations
  • Recommendations and assistance in selection of a venue, once your venue is confirmed, S’iniz will handle correspondence
  • Support with theme selection and ideas

OUR PROCESS

We Handle It All

01.

Initial Consultation

We conduct a phone call meeting to discuss your upcoming social event needs, set expectations, pricing, and answer questions.

02.

Package selection

You select which package from our social event planning services will best fit your needs.

03.

Process Agreement

Review and sign our Terms & Conditions, Payment Authorization, and Release Waivers and Event Contracts.

04.

Pay Deposit

We request 50% of the package planning fee as well as any initial deposits for vendors upfront to secure time and services. 

05.

Confirm Details

We will schedule a time to present our current research, plans, and vendor/venue details. These will be based on the package you select and the type of service we agreed to provide.  

06.

Event Confirmation

Finalize all plans, contracts, and details as well as accept final payment leading up to the event. This will include a comprehensive delivery of any itineraries and documents you need for the big day.
