Our down-to-earth twin sister team of Nini Lawani and Zina Grooms bring inspiration, eloquence, creativity, and quality organization to every one of our client engagements. Meet your planning concierge team

Nini Lawani

Born and raised in Nigeria, Nini Lawani moved to Chicago as a teenager in 1998, after spending a few of her formative years in a refugee camp located in the small African country of Benin Republic. She attended Sullivan High School located on the North Side of Chicago and later graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. She went on to further her education and obtained an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management and is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Coupled with her passion for travel and adventure, she joined her twin sister, Zina Grooms to combine both passions to create S'iniz Planning LLC. Nini is active in her community serving as a Financial Coach for low-income individuals and families. She enjoys traveling with her friends/family, arcade games, bowling and watching movies.

Zina Grooms

Born and raised in Nigeria, Zina Grooms moved to Chicago as a teenager in 1998, after spending a few of her formative years in a refugee camp located in the small African country of Benin Republic. She attended Sullivan High School located on the North Side of Chicago and later graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, as well as a PMP Certification. Her passion and talent for planning, organizing and leadership led her to pursue a professional career in Project Management in the Atlanta, GA area. Coupled with her passion for travel and adventure, she joined her twin sister, Nini Lawani to combine both passions to form S’iniz Planning LLC. Zina is a mother of 2 beautiful children who enjoys traveling, cooking, dancing and spending time with family. She is actively engaged in her community especially in her local church where she serves and volunteers regularly.
