Thank you for sharing your big day with S’iniz concierge planning. We are thrilled to help you make this a truly once-in-a-lifetime event by planning and coordinating details so you can focus on sharing the spotlight with your partner.
Our wedding services are available for everything from intimate events to customized details that reflect your relationship and personalities. We want to be your partner in the planning process, so the only thing left to do is say, “I do!”
Wedding Planning Packages
Our service fees will vary based on the complexity (number of guests, location of ceremony & reception, number of months in advance that services are secured) of your wedding. During our initial consultation we will learn more about your special day and how much assistance you will need or want. Once we have gathered all of the information, we will develop a proposal which is based on our initial consultation and will outline our services and fees.
Serenity Package
We handle research and planning support that creates the framework and guidance for your upcoming event. This partial planning package can include the selection and management of:
- Venue
- Catering
- Photographer/Videographer
- DJ/Entertainment
- Rental Equipment
- Floral/Décor
- Detailed “Day of” Timeline
- Budget Planning & Review
- Design of Floor Plans/Layouts
- Event Theme Design
- Personalized Vendor Suggestions
A La Carte Options Available Upon Request
Stress-Free Package
This is a day of coordination package that includes services coordinated by S’iniz on the day of your wedding. The expert team at S’iniz handles all the details on your big day so you can sit back and relax. This includes:
- Services begin 30-60 days ahead of the day
- (1) Event Coordinator onsite on event day (10 hours max)
- (1) Event Coordinator on site for event rehearsal (1.5-hour max)
- (3) One Hour Long Consultations via Email/Phone
- Assistance in creating Day of Timeline
- Running of Processional & Recessional
- Coordinate Décor Install/Take Down
- Execution of Wedding Timeline
- Advice on Protocol & Etiquette
- Payment/Gratuity Distribution
- Gathering all Gifts, Valuables, & Décor into a single location/vehicle
- Ensuring all venue rules & regulations are followed
- Management of Logistics with Vendors
- Any other discussed needs from the client

Blissful Package
This is a full-service planning package that includes all services required to plan and coordinate the wedding from initiation to execution.

- Recommendations and assistance in the selection of a venue, once your venue is confirmed, S’iniz will handle correspondence

We handle the travel logistics of getting your party to your destination wedding, including:

OUR PROCESS
We Handle It All
01.
Initial Consultation
We conduct a phone call meeting to discuss your upcoming wedding needs, set expectations, pricing, and answer questions after you complete a wedding inquiry.
02.
Package Selection
You select which package from our wedding planning services will best fit your needs.
03.
Process Agreement
Review and sign our Terms & Conditions, Payment Authorization, Event Contracts and Release Waivers.
04.
Pay Deposit
We request 50% of the package planning fee as well as any initial deposits for vendors upfront to secure time and services.
05.
Confirm Details
We will schedule a time to present our current research and vendor/venue details. These will be based on the package you select and the type of service we agreed to provide.
06.
Pre-Event Confirmation
Finalize all plans, contracts, and details as well as accept final payment leading up to the event. This will include a comprehensive delivery of any itineraries and documents you need for the big day.
