Initial Consultation
We conduct a phone call meeting to discuss your travel questionnaire, needs, and answer questions.

Package Selection
You select which package from our travel planning services will best fit your needs.

Process Agreement
Review and sign our Terms & Conditions, Payment Authorization, and Release Waivers.
04.
Pay Deposit
We
request 50% of the package planning fee upfront to secure our time and
services.
05.
Deliver Research
We will schedule a time to present our findings, make suggestions about your trip, and get your feedback via email or a virtual meeting.
06.
Final Confirmation
Here we make final plans and book services. This includes receiving your complete trip details and paying your final travel planning fee.
